We recently put an offer in on an adorable little bungalow in Taylorsville. It was definitely a fixer-upper, but to us it seemed worth the time. Our offer was accepted and we had an inspection. It seemed there were a few hidden things we needed to fix and this lowered the value of the house in our eyes, so we sent in another offer, this time much lower. I guess it wasn't meant to be because this morning we found out they will not accept this offer and they are moving on to the next potential buyer. :( we were kind of sad but for some reason we both feel comforted. I think something better is just around the corner. As we prayed that the Lord would guide our lives in the direction we needed to be going, we knew that if we lost the house, we would find something better suited to our needs. So now we are on the prowl, again! Good Luck To Us!
